Some “frequently asked questions” ……
1. Do you work on-line or in person?
In this ever-shifting world I am proud to offer a service that fits well into a new landscape. Clients are welcome at my office at 24b Nottingham Road, Ilkeston, DE7 5RE or we can work together exclusively online, and of course a mixture of the two is also an option to ensure no break in your progress.
The feedback from my clients is that the effectiveness remains at its highest whichever method is utilised.
2. How many sessions will I need?
It is important for many reasons that we have a clear plan at the start of your journey so from the free consultation session we can plot that course. Most of my clients work with me for an average of six to eight sessions in a unique tailored package of support. There is always the option for more, or less as required.
3. Do you just use hypnosis?
I am a trained and qualified practitioner in many disciplines including eight years of hypnotherapy.
I am also a Specialist Weight and Wellness Coach.
I use other techniques include Neuro-linguistic programming, Solution Focus Therapy, Emotional Freedom Therapy and Trauma Resolution.
A blended approach is what works well and gets the quickest most effective results for my clients. Again, this is something to discuss on consultation.
4. How much does it cost?
1-1 hourly sessions are £75.00 payable in advance of the booked appointment.
The Complete Weight Loss and Wellness Package is £525.00. Payment options available – £250 initial payment and 2 x monthly payments of £137.50.
This includes 7.5 hours of tailored 1-1 support either in person or online with bespoke hypnotherapy recordings and homework tasks to assist your journey in between sessions.
The 7.5 hours is broken down into:
4 x 1-hour sessions weekly followed by 2 x 90 min sessions monthly and a follow up call.
